What’s the difference between routine cleaning and deep cleaning?
Routine Cleaning – Focuses on general upkeep like dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning.
Deep Cleaning – A more thorough service that includes removing built-up grime, soap scum, and dirt from hard-to-reach areas. It also includes wet washing baseboards, window sills, and cabinets.

What should I do with my pets during a cleaning?
Our team is pet-friendly! As long as your pets are comfortable with people in the home, they can stick to their normal routine. If they’re nervous around new visitors, you might consider crating them or keeping them in a separate room for their comfort.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
Nope! We bring everything needed to clean your home from top to bottom. Our eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products are safe for wood, granite, tile, and most other surfaces.
Can you use my cleaning supplies?
For safety and consistency, we use only our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
However, if you’d like us to use your vacuum, we’re happy to do so if you waive liability for any damage to the vacuum or your home.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
Nope! Many of our clients aren’t home during their cleaning. Our team is licensed, bonded, and insured, and every technician undergoes a thorough background check

How long does a cleaning take?
Cleaning times vary based on your home’s size and how often you schedule service.
Weekly cleanings are quicker since we maintain your home regularly.
Monthly cleanings take longer since there’s more buildup between visits.

What if I need to reschedule a house cleaning visit?
No problem! Just call, text, or email us as soon as possible. You’ll receive a reminder about your cleaning up to a week in advance. Any cancellation within 48 hours of visit may be subject to a no show fee.

How does payment work?
Secure credit card payments only—no cash or checks.
Your card will be pre-authorized the day before service.
Payment is processed the day after your home is cleaned.
Venmo is available for clients interested.
