If you prefer we use a homeowner’s vacuum, we can — but you’ll need to waive liability for any damage to that equipment.

How long does a cleaning take?
Times vary by home size and frequency: weekly visits are quicker; monthly or occasional visits take longer because they require more time to tackle buildup.
Will my appointment always be at the same time?
We keep your cleaning day consistent, but exact start times can vary based on routing. Typical windows:
Standard Window (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) — usual start window.
First-Morning Guaranteed Window (8:30 – 9:30 AM) — available for an additional fee when offered.
We record your preferences and aim to schedule accordingly.
Will I always have the same technician?

Payment
How does payment work?
We accept secure credit card payments. Your card may be pre-authorized prior to service; the actual charge is processed after the cleaning is completed. (Pre-authorizations are only temporary holds and are released according to your bank’s policies.)
