Welcome to Organically Clean Utah. By booking a cleaning service with us — whether online, by phone, or via text — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Organically Clean Utah provides residential cleaning services in Utah County and Salt Lake County. Available service types include recurring memberships (monthly and bi-weekly), one-time cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
All services are performed using non-toxic, eco-friendly products. Specific cleaning tasks performed vary by service type. If you have questions about what's included, contact us before booking.
Appointments are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team. Submitting a quote request or booking form does not guarantee a specific time slot until we confirm it with you directly.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, team availability, or other circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible in these cases.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone, text, or email as soon as possible.
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
Please secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or valuable items prior to the cleaning. We take care with your belongings, but we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in areas being cleaned.
Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods communicated at booking. Invoices are managed through Housecall Pro.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services until settled.
Promotional discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may have expiration dates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This re-clean offer applies to the originally scheduled tasks and does not include new or added items.
Organically Clean Utah's liability for any claim arising from a cleaning service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We carry general liability insurance. If you believe our team caused damage during a visit, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve it.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, harassment of team members, pets that pose a safety risk, or persistent non-payment.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox during booking, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Organically Clean Utah related to your appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available at organicallycleanutah.com/terms.
